How to Measure Your Dog’s Neck

To get the perfect fit for your made-to-order collar:

Tools You’ll Need: Measuring tape (or string + ruler), a treat, and a notepad/phone.
Get Your Dog Relaxed: Have your dog stand or sit comfortably. Give them a treat.
Locate the Neck Spot: Base of the neck, below the jaw and above the shoulders.
Wrap the Tape: Snug but not tight. Fit two fingers between tape and neck (“two-finger rule”). If using string, mark and measure with a ruler.
Record the Size: Write down in inches or cm (e.g., Neck: 15 inches).

REMEMBER: Please read the description on all of our products. The size you give includes the metal clasp/buckle. When in doubt, add an extra inch for wiggle room.

Made-to-Order Collars

All collars are made to order. Double-check your measurements before ordering.
If you provide the wrong size, we cannot remake or resize the collar.
If we make a mistake, we will remake or correct the item at no cost.

Exchanges & Returns

Standard, pre-designed items: exchanges or credit within 14 days, unused.
Cannot be returned: Custom, personalised, made-to-measure, sale/outlet items, or used/damaged items.

Return Postage: Buyer’s responsibility; tracked service recommended.
Refunds: Only for incorrect/defective items; allow 7–10 business days.
Restocking Fee: 10% for refunds; none for exchanges.

Warranty

All collars have a 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.
Does not cover wear-and-tear, misuse, or chewing damage.
Email aubreysleads@gmail.com with photos if there’s an issue—we’ll repair or replace where appropriate.
